Somebody cleaned out all the POC figs at the Sterling Hts TRU, they had at least 15 last weekend.

I only paid full retail of $9.99 once and I have seven of them. I found the first at TRU, then two at Tuesday Morning ($4.99), then four more at TRU for $6.98. Lucky I guess. I need three more and may never see any more under the ten dollar price.
