I hereby declare that the hunt is over (at least for me) in the Kalamazoo area. TRU has had nothing new on the pegs in months despite other areas seeming to get wave four in. The Dollar Generals are either completely barren or holding on to just a couple of Shipwrecks or Snake Eyes and have been that way since well before Xmas. The Walgreen's (where others in the state and country have seen waves 3 and 4 seeping out) have nothing except a Zartan, a Battle Kata Roadblock, or a light up Firefly or 2. It makes me sad, but I guess now my wife can't complain about my hobby as much.

Every time I see the "Michigan Sightings" thread up on the front page I get excited and have hope that some of us have found something.

Then I remember that it's GI Joe collecting and Michigan, those 2 phrases together lead to a lot of disappointment.

So here's to the eternal optimist in all of us............
