Another thing you can try is to go on Fee-bay, pay $30-40 for him and wait about a week. I know, I know, that's a lot of money for the little prick, anyway, after spending that much money you'll see that you'll start seeing him everywhere. Trust me it happended to me several times in the past. I'm impatient as hell, but it works. Just like when you are married or have a girlfriend, you can get the chicks, when your are single, nothing. No, that's exactly it. I've been holding out for Renny, just knowing I'd see him in the wild after paying $50. And what do you know? I figured FOR SURE they would not be restocked, but low and behold, that appears to be the case. Unfortunately, that has only driven the Feebay price down to $30-35 so far. That is almost making me go for it...but I've come this close...why not hang on a little while longer...?

But just remembered this: TRU has a nice built in hiding spot. Above the pegs there are signs for what toys are below. These flip up for extra storage, but are usually empty. If you're looking closely, you can see from underneath (there are holes) if something is up there, but you have to be really looking for something. I've tossed a TF:A Rodimus and Arcee up there before when I didn't have cash to buy them, and days later they were still there.

You're absolutley right, its where they put their overstock. Great hiding spot, you would just have to be specific on location, of course, that goes without saying. Lots of spots to choose from, we'll just have try and see which one works the best

the overheads are sometimes purged tho (remember my brother and I worked there) the best all round place at the okemos TRU is the lego eisle. under the set shelf or end cap. if you aproach it from the side you will see a small opening before the end. it is perfect especially in that store as it is on carpet and they do not move it EVER!!!! as they dont have to wax like they do the other shelves on tile.

That's good to know and knowing is half the battle! hehe, had to say it.... sounds like a great hiding place if you ask me. I'll scope it out next time I'm there just to make sure I know where you're talking about....great info!

thanks. when the bigger better west saginaw store was alive i had 3-4 hiding spots. god I miss that place so much fun working there back then.
