Hartland Wally no longer has the giant wall of roc. Should end up somewhere such as big lots or tjs. Pretty considering all they had to do was give on the 9.99 price that was a typo. They had some, like ria ripcord, correctly labelled. Oh well.

Targets have now, for some reason put captain America figures by the dvds with the Thor release. I left 4 Hydra soldiers at the one in fenton.

I too had the big wall of ROC at the Heartland Wally on my radar. About every 6 weeks I would check it out to see if they had marked them down. First time I saw that in Feb. I was amazed you could find figs that were marked 5.99 in with the 9.99 ones. I took what I wanted up front and asked them to mark down the 9.99 ones and they did. Next time I went back a month later the OCD stocker had arranged all thirty six pegs (I am not kidding) by figure. Problem was that every one was marked 9.99. Like I said I would check every once in a while to see if they would be clearanced for a decent price but they never were.

Every 2 weeks I'm in the area. Two weeks ago several specific figures were marked down but of course the ones I really had my eyes on weren't. The RIA figs are good for custom fodder. I also noticed that there were several that had about 3-4 different tags on it with the top one being loose and all it needed was a little gentle brush and the figure is back at 6.99. I'm too morally adjusted to do anything like that though.
