I am totally shocked the white lake walmart had two of each figure from the new wave. I took 1 IG, 1 steel brigade, and 1 hazard viper.

Isn't it great how the sun seems to shine a little brighter, birds sing sweeter, you have more patience for kids/wife, and you feel more industrious at work when there is new GI Joe product on the shelves.

Anyway, I must say that the Stalker and Cobra Trooper figures are just plain awesome. So awesome in fact, that I had to pick up 2 more Cobra Troopers and a Stalker to keep MOC from a local Walmart.

Side note: I have checked a few local Oakland and Macomb County Meijers with no luck on 30th figures. Seems like the 30th figures are out in force in some of the Lansing area Meijers. I have never had very much luck at Meijers anyway.

I can't say about the trooper because I have yet to see one in the wild but I totally agree about Stalker. He is so awesome. His camo is amazing, it is crazy how far these figures have come in just a few years.

I did hear a few birds tweeting.

Why do I even go to the Okemos Wal-Mart...

that's all I could think as I shook my head and walked away from a single Arctic Destro dangling from an empty peg. No 30th figs at the Okemos Target or Meijer, either.

On sunday I found a lonely steel brigade fig at the west Lansing Meijers. I felt I owed it to him to bring him home to unite him with his fellow joes.

Did anyone here in Mi ever see the wave with the Jungle Bat in stores?

I found a Hawk & Blowtorch from that wave at the WalMart in Saline, that was it.
