Pretty sure you haven't seen Castor, the weird evil guy and Quorra are the only new figures in Wave 2 that have had any retail presence. Hell, look at eBay. If Castor was in stores you would see the figure on there. A few leaked out from the factory (Like City Strike Scarlet/Other unlreleased figures) but... it hasn't been distributed and the TRON toyline was killed by Spinmasters.

The forum on Tron-Sector: Current News Sector has a lot of info on the TRON toy line. Unless they do one last push with Castor in it, as of now it's the grail of the line.[

Meijer in Dewitt has 4 Alley Vipers. I have 6, that's enough for me. 5 bucks each and I'm pretty sure you could get another 10% off with M-Perks. There is 10% off all general merch this week with that. I think you can sign up online. Just need to enter a password at checkout.
