So that leaves Trusty Target, Unfaithful TRU and Doubtful Meijer...I'm guessing Target will get Wave 7 and Wal-Mart will get Wave 4 comic packs?

Just got back from Target in Woodhaven they had 3 Hiss Tanks, 2 Strikers and 1 Sharc. That was at 8:10 am.

That would be my guess, I'm expecting to wait until at least mid-May till I get my hands on a viper...

On the way back from Indiana I picked up a full set of the Target exclusives at the Target in Jackson along I-94. They had at least 2 full sets left as of 4:00.

Then I stopped at the Target on Dequindre in Warren, they had a set & a half left. Nothing else at either worth mentioning...
