Hey guys, I'm a new... ish collector from the Saginaw, Bay City, Midland area. I had purchased both Snake Eyes vs. Storm Shadow comic packs, and the Scarlett & Hawk, and was less than impressed a few months ago.

Well, the local Wal-Mart had a bunch of Wave 1 & 2 figures on the pegs last night, including a Snake Eyes v1 and a Lady Jaye, so even at the $7 price tag, I decided to give it one more shot. I was very impressed, oddly, looking back on it, because all three Snake Eyes figures are the same, really.

I dug out the other two Snake Eyes, and figured it out (somewhat). It seems as if my two comic pack Snake Eyes were just loose and the hands were really stretched, compared to the single carded SE. Lady Jaye is also a LOT better fig than Scarlett, at least in terms of accessories and holding them.

So, I at least am rekindled a little, because I preordered Wave 8, and am going to look (in addition to my SW searching) for some more Joes as well. I think I might stick to single-carded figures, being that is what seems to be the difference between my two purchases.

The local WM is stuffed to the gills with wave 2 case figures, in case anyone needs them. I already grabbed the SE and Lady Jaye, and today grabbed Storm Shadow (camo) and Beachhead too.

The local Target got in some wave 5 & 6, and I didn't have the funds to get the Armored Cobra Commander or IG Destro yesterday, and of course today when I went back the Armored CC was gone. :{ I got Destro though, and they had a Scarlett and some Cobra army builders left (a couple regular troopers and one air-trooper).

This Target is also rife with the exclusives, as well.

Heh, sorry, my 1st post sort of said it, but I'm in Midland. I think pretty much all three Targets in Bay City, Midland and Saginaw have exclusives aplenty, there doesn't seem to be many honest collectors around, or if there are, there aren't many. I think the Armored CC was just grabbed by a reseller/child. If people grab up all the local exclusives, just leave a Night Spector for me, I loved that thing when I was younger, when it was the Sharc.

Hey guys, crazy haulage experience tonight... I've got a ton of work to do (obviously why I'm on here) but on my drive home figured it couldn't hurt to just swing by W*M...

F'ing score! Four stuffed pegs! There must have been 30+ figs I've never seen them like this before; not sure exactly what cases there were, but I saw waves 4, 5 & amazingly 6. I filled in all my wave 5 & 6 needs and skipped gleefully away.

Anybody else seeing a ton of figures on shelves? I remember Mr. Focus saying there were about to drop Wave 7, but I don't think anybody here has seen them, correct?
