Only convention I'm going to this year is the World Steam Expo in Dearborn at the end of the month. Motor City Comic Con wasn't good enough last year. Cost too much to get in, most booths were overpriced and there wasn't much to do. A lot of B-list celebs, but none that I cared about/cared about enough to pay for an autograph.

I'm not going, went last year, it was fun, but trying to save $.
The Family Dollar in Ypsi has a limited # of 25th.
I grabbed the only EEL & Para Vipers they had, but left Trakker, Zartan, Airborne, and Bazooka Trooper.

Spent the day in Ann Arbor with friends, hit Vault of Midnight, got one of the last two comics I needed, just have to hunt down one more now. Got an avatar mech suit for 7.50 at the Borders down town, they had a lot of Avatar shit left at 75% off. The umm... windshield... yea... they forgot to carve the one side out so it fit in. One side had the hole, other side had solid plastic. I ended up filing off a peg so it would fit. It won't open, but it comes on/off, locks in place when on, so it works. Gun is crap.. I might make a larger sword for it to use. Zartan is my current pilot.

Oh, Ann Arbor Marshalls near the one Toys R Us had the third GI Joe *and* Cobra 5-pack, one of each left, 16.99 each, left both. Also armored CC comic pack for 6.99, also left.

The Toys R Us there sucked ass. :/

The Target clearance sale on the single cards continues, but all they have are waves 1-3. No one, and I mean no one is buying them. Neo-Vipers crowd the pegs the way that scuzzy boys crowd around a trailer-trash girl in heat. You could army build Attack on the Pit Baronesses and load up on Destros, if only we had access to an easy supply of interchangeable heads to place upon them for our corps. of female soldiers and arms dealers. I'd add another Eel or Elite Viper to my small armies at this price, but there are none to be found.

At least the Kalamazoo Toys'R'Me has a host of the Shipwreck, Doc and Sting Raider exclusives...
