I'm convinced the Ypsi one has them somewhere in the back.
I asked an employee, they weren't much help.
However, their toy section is crammed full of Star Trek, Terminator, Ben 10, Power Rangers, DC figures, and Secret Saturday stuff.
There would be no room for the Joes, the Ypsi Big Lots is damn small.
They're in the back...

I know I'm a douche for quoting myself, but my patience paid off, scored 4 EELS yesterday from the Ypsi Big Lots!

The Westland Big Lots has them, a friend of mine picked up a Trakker & an Airborne for me, kept the EELs he found for himself, (can't blame him for that!).
He said there were 10-15 figures left there, no more EELS.
