Michigan G.I. Joe Sightings

Heads up guys.

If anyone needs sting raiders, ghost hawks, or firebats Toys R Us in Saginaw had 3 of each as of 2pm today. They also have a couple of build n brawl sgt slaughters, cobra divers, and one gijoe 5 pak. I picked up a slaughter and a cobra and joe 5pak for myself.

Also I am still in need of a dusty, alipine (I am sure there are tons of extras of these laying around

), and single carded zartan with mini swamp skier. Don't know if anyone is interested but I have around 10-12 MOC simpsons characters made by playmates in the early 2000s, I would be willing to trade. I also have an extra blowtorch laying around. If anyone is interested let me know.

Well just wanted to say that Ironknife and I went out to Sweet Lou's comic shop in Millington today. I went there for Free Comic Book Day and to sell some Wolverine and X-men comics. Walked out with $, G1 Blurr, a complete Killer Whale and a near complete Rolling Thunder. I'll let Ironknife fill you in on his lucky Defiant Complex buying rassin frassin. lol...

I haven't seen anything new worth mentioning or picking up since January. I have never seen a Sting Raider or any of the newest comic packs. Have those waves even hit Southwest Michigan yet? Does anyone know? I haven't even seen the Resolute wave figures in Kalamazoo yet, but we are seeing a lot of the Cobra Troop Builder Wave. I hit the local stores 2-4 times a week on my way home from work and/or the gym. There just isn't anything at all out. It's a Joe Drought around here.

When is it again? It going to be pretty ghetto I bet.. but... I havent been in a while - last time I went there where no toys.. or at least nothing worth bragging about.

I think it's this weekend right? I will probably pass. Last time I went was '99 or '00 and it sucked big time back then. Most of the cool vendors were already internet only.

im kind of bummed i told you about my local comic shop, because now i dont get to enjoy looking at all the great stuff you and the other dude bought, lol, its all good though man, congrats on your score.
