What's up everyone. Haven't posted in awhile because of my craptacular internet connection. I've been hunting in Battle Creek over the past several days and have come across nothing, as usual. I am most likely going to slow down on the retail hunting and just order my wave 11 and 12 cases form BBTS. This seems to be a better, less frustrating, time & money saving option. I really do enjoy the hunting, especially when I find new stuff, but I am getting tired of never finding anything worth a crap on a daily basis. Also, if anyone is still looking to pick up wave 10, smalljoes.com has a set of six back up on their site (which includes the variant wraith) for the new lower price of $49.99! That's a great deal, especially for a set with the variant. They also have individual single carded wave 10 figures for sale.

Almost forgot...I got my 2 new dvd battle packs yesterday, Pyramid of Darkness and Arise, Serpentor, Arise!, and I must say they are quite awesome! I am surprised that they made it to me in such good shape, as well. Has anyone else ordered these from HTS and, if so, what do you think of them?

I found a Firebat in pretty good shape at the S. Lansing Meijer. I picked it up then found a Firebat in pretty rough shape at the S. Lansing Kmart for $3 less.

The Kmart one is still there.

Actually, my AOA Sunfire has come in excellent condition, and my other shipment included SDCC exclusives and a rebel pilots pack came in beautifully. I can't complain.

I went hunting again in Battle Creek today. Here's what I found (or didn't find, as the case may be) :

Target-Nothing
Walmart-Jack
Meijers on Columbia-Jack Crap
Kmart-Whole Lotta Nothing!!!

I'm hoping tomorrow may bring something better, but we'll just have to wait and see. I've actually found comfort in the fact that a lot of online retailers are offering a good selection of new product, easing the burden on my vehicle and providing me with more time and money. It also makes hunting a bit more relaxing because I don't feel absolutely compelled to HAVE TO find something every time I go out looking now, knowing that I've already received the newest toys available in a line or that they're at least on their way...and knowing is half the battle!!!

I went out hunting in Battle Creek again today and her's what was discovered:

Target-New JLU "fan favorite" singles (including old school Batman w/Wonder Pig)
Walmart-Nothing new, but someone's grandparents were buyng them some G.I. Joe stuff, which nearly brought a tear to my eye
Meijers on Beckley Rd.-Nothing new (joes still priced @ $5.88)
Sears-Nothing worthwhile

Didn't really find anything too impressive, but there's always tomorrow!
