Save the date for this Saturday July 25th @ 4pm – the third Triangle Joes Meetup is ON!

What’s the occasion?! Well you have been keeping an eye on the site you know 3D Joes had a very successful kickstarter celebrating the history of Joe artwork. Well the Kickstarter books have arrived so we are going to help get them ready to Dragonfly their way the P.I.T.S. where they belong!

We will be celebrating at the 3D Joes God-Father Carson's house and there will be food, beer, friends and of course G.I.Joes.

Activities include:
- Cramming your faces with pizza, snacks, soda/beer (bring whatever you want to share, Carson get the pizza!)
- Watching classic Joe cartoons on the big screen… well, a 2002 era 42” plasma, but the contrast ratio is great!
- Folding hundreds of cardboard boxes*
- Bagging and boarding hundreds of books*
* Carson is even promising a surprise for those who help! But like we need any incentive! This is Joe History in the making! Preserved for all time!

The Corps stuff is out in at the Cary Walmart in full force. The have the 3 packs with the new ladies, single packs, mech suits and 6 in Sigma 6 like Corps. Seems to me the Corps is trying to take over.

The Wal-Mart I went to today had new LANARD figures, and the girls in the 3-Packs are smokin' hot! I couldn't resist buying this 3 pack

I did NOT see those 6" figures, and yes they totally remind me of the Sigma Six with their sharp angles. How much do they cost?

The figure joints can be a little loose, but a small drop of super glue and some wiggling works just fine. The arm articulation is very similar to the Rise of Cobra Action Battlers. The hands can hold some Sigma gear. I may try to find a few more for customs.

You may have to search in the toy aisles in Walmart, the one I went to in Cary, had them squeezed behind the Jurassic Park toys. It's always good to see something new on the selves. Hasbro needs to get on the ball. The Corps is going to kill it for the summer.

The Walmart in Cary also had the helicopter and tank. The figures are the same in the single/ 3 packs. It was on the bottom rack on the side wall with the super cheap toys.

Thanks. Which Wal-Mart in Cary? The guy at my Wal-Mart in WF(the only one) said there are several. I can't recall where ANY are in Cary.
