Wow, I wish I had a retail GI Joe sighting. Alas, I did spot a complete Retaliation Lift Ticket and a Steel Brigade Delta in my mailbox today. Got 'em together on eBay for only $20, so I'm pretty happy about that.

Target in Rocky Mount was clearing out all of their Elite Forces stuff. I got a green M113 and a private military contractor for just over $7. None of the Targets here in Raleigh which I've visited have started clearing these yet.

I have a few Joe vehicles for sale. They are missing drivers and a few minor parts. The Sea Ray, Persuader, Cobra IMP, 1982 Vamp, Retaliation Tread Ripper and the Cobra Snow Wolf (front canopy tab is broken). Great for customs. I'm selling the lot for $50.00. Basically $10 per vehicle, except the Snow Wolf and Tread Ripper I view as 1.

Also Cary Target had 1 of the new BBI series with the black jeep. I guess they'll have the new series single packs in soon. The arms have better articulation, the upper body and head are new, the lower body still needs work. This is the most current replacement for Joe until the new Joes come back.

Found a few of the basic line, 2nd series, at Dollar General in Wilmington over the past week. They are reduced to $3. Found some this past weekend at stores in Myrtle Beach also. Can't beat $3! Even got 1 for $1.50 because the bubble had come unglued from the card.

the persuader turret always threw me for a loop. what does it fire? Looks like a sonic type weapon or something?

Got about a dozen joe fans coming out tonight. anyone from here still welcome even if you can show up for just a quick hello. hoping we have more joe get togethers in the future.

Hot damn, I got Bombstrike this past weekend at the toy show at the fairgrounds. Greg hooked me up once again, and I couldn't be happier. Now if my Marauder figure would just show up in my mailbox...

Who is Greg? Is he the guy who sets up usually near the restrooms towards the back? I didn't see much Joe stuff at all this toy show. But, I found a lot of great stuff otherwise.
