For the record: the manager at the Cary 5 Below is an undercutter. He's a really nice guy but he buys the rare figures from the store and then sells them for 40+ dollars at toy events so I wouldn't trust that store to have any product very often. I've only ever found stuff there on the days when he wasn't involved with the truck.

I'm not sure of his name.. Just know from experience. As I've said.. super nice guy and he might help you out, but I can't stand people who jack up prices on others who legitimately want the toys. Also, he lied and told me that he didn't buy any of them but then I saw him at a convention with a full display of Night Vipers and other figures. Kinda hard to trust him after that.

Plus, I just feel extra terrible for anyone who gets gouged on that Night Viper figure.. it's barely worth 5 bucks.. definitely not worth 40.

I have yet to open any of my green Night Vipers, but I did open the red one from the 50th 2-pack. It's actually a rather aggravating figure from an articulation standpoint. His right hand can only barely hold his rifle (maybe that's just the mold on mine), and it's a big chore to try to get him to use both hands. An aim-down-sights stance? Not possible from what I can see. Oh well. The shoulder holster is ridiculously oversized, but the rest of the accessories are OK. This is definitely not a high-dollar figure, in my opinion.

A lot of those problems are also present in the green Night Viper. And with mine, I couldn't even get his feet to fit on the platform so he's impossible to display. The holes in his feet were way too small to fit the stand. Such a terrible figure.. but it looks pretty nice and the accessories are kind of cool. Still, not worth anything more than a few bucks. It was actually the last Joe figure that I bought.. if that's the kind of TLC they're going to put into them, then I don't really feel like I want to spend the money on them.

I said it before when I was down in NC.back in May. The guy was nice but he knew all the names of the figures and told me all the good ones were gone.
