North Carolina G.I. Joe Sightings

TRU Gastonia : I picked up Kwinn, Storm Shadow, Duke, Flint, Roadblock, Crimson Guard, & Combat Ninja from Wave 3.5 but left Data-Viper and Firefly. Oddly enough there wasn't a CC or SE. They also have the Thor 2 figures and the new Avenger figures.

I saw them for about the same price you quoted at Atomic Empire in Durham. I was excited to find them, but then mortified that they were about $22 each.

Stopped in Rocky Mount today and visited K-Mart. They had 2 cases of wave 3.5, but someone had already picked through some of them. No Duke, Firefly, or Cobra Combat Ninja, but I did get doubles of everything else. I now have a third Crimson Guard and Data Viper since I like those designs so much.

Did a patrol around Fayetteville: Ramsey street, Spring lake, Skibo Walmart, target, Kmart and TRU. Still only wave 1 figures and wave 2 roadblocks. Fayetteville once again lives up to its reputation in general as a disappointment.

The Toys R Us in Hickory had wave 3. I bought Ultimate Roadblock, Kwinn and Budo that was the only Wave 3 figures they had left. I did check the local walmart a block down, nada.

Chapel Hill Walgreens at Franklin and Estes has a wave 3 Firefly and Snake Eyes.

I usually do a patrol around Fayettenam every week, I'll let you know if things start showing up. But you know as well as I do that this is the arm pit of America and usually the last to see new stuff
