Yeah, Storm Shadow is only in wave 3 cases. For some reason, that is the only wave 3 figure not carried over in wave 4 cases.

Found another black uniform Cobra Trooper at Dollar General in Pinetops! Up to 3 now.

The Toys R Us in Durham near the old South Square has five pegs full of POC. There were two of the Jungle Dukes, a Commando Snake Eyes (the one with Timber and two Uzis, not the two-head one), Zartan, Beachhead, Firefly, Alley Vipers, multiple Artic Destros and Jungle Vipers, a couple of training SEs, and some others. Must have found these in the back. They had three each of the Black Dragon VTOL and Crimson Hisses as well.

TRU in Fayetteville had POC figs in the aisle I don't know how to describe... used to have Thundercats, now has Flintstones... 2x Alley-Vipers, Shock Trooper, Duke with rockets and Skydive stand out in my mind. Marked up to $9.99 now and no specials like Kre-O, TF and Legos had. Skystriker on the end cap where the Joes used to be was marked down to $24.99.
