Wave 3 has hit Wilmington. My buddy saw remnants: Scarlett, Techno-Viper, and all, just no SS at the Monkey Junction Wal-Mart.

So I guess us raleigh/cary folks just won't be seeing Storm Shadow/LIFELINE at all.

Really sucks. Money is too tight to spend $30 on ebay for one figure atm.
