Finally found Recondo/Dusty today at Lynn Rd. Target in Raleigh after searching all over creation yesterday, including Siler City Wal-Mart (nothing), Elm St. Wal-Mart in Greensboro (TONS of Wave 1 POC, no wave 2), Kernersville Target (only Zartan/Destro), and University Pkwy Target in Winston (SE, Destro, Zartan).

I don't know which wave Dusty, Artic Destro, some jungle guy and Snake Eyes version, whatever, were at the Target on University Parkway in Winston. I haven't been paying attention to PoC, so I don't know if it's helpful. But I saw a couple of them mentioned earlier in the thread.

Took a case to DragonCon and sold through the Joe sets. Cobra wasn't pulling as much interest. Then again Marvel Universe and Transformers were way more popular that GI Joe. Sold a good bit of Star Wars and MOTU as well.

EE finally shipped the 15 cases of PoC wave 2. Way to behind the game on this one. If anyone is interested, I can save you time, gas and money with these. $90 per case shipped. (Special for NC tankers.)

Still waiting on Vintage SW wave 2 to arrive. Way to go Hasbro and EE.

For those interested, Ollie's discount stores are starting to open around here. We had one open in Winston-Salem last week and there's going to be one in Greensboro opening at the end of the month

I went into the one in WS yesterday, not much Joe related. Walmart Ninja Battles sets and that's about it. They mostly had toys from lines that have been on clearance all summer. Terminator, Avatar, Star Trek, etc... The one curiousity I saw was a $6 Toyfare exclusive Marvel Legends Sunfire

The Ollies here in the Gas-house had a ton of 25th figures last weekend. I snagged a few red divers and crimson guard and some resolute stuff. There's a few opening in Charlotte too...although I haven't hit them yet.

The Target on South Tryon (a few miles north of the Buster Boyd Bridge going over Lake Wylie) had a few wave 2 last night, but they like every other Target in the region has severely bent cards. I've been opening the ones with the bent cards....I found a couple of jungle vipers at the university Target on the North end of Tryon earlier this week. Saw a bunch of Recondos and Dustys and a few Fireflys (the cards there were bent in the same fashion). I have to believe the same guy is doing all the damage, because the vandalism is the exact same in each location.

Not sure if any of you are coming to the Raleigh Toy Show at the fairgrounds this weekend, but I'm thinking of selling pretty much my entire sealed collection of toys there, which is over 250 items and all of these are mint in box/package, never opened. My wife and I just had twins and we need the extra $$ and room for obvious reasons. Anyway, I'm going to try and post the entire list over on the for sale thread or you can PM me and I'll send you the entire list as well which includes everything from Transformers (mostly all the toys that started coming out around movie 1 and forward), G.I. Joes (25th anniversary and forward), Commemorative Masters of the Universe from 2001, Star Wars (vintage line), Bioshock, etc. so let me know if your interested in anything.

I was in the Wal-Mart on Hanes Mall Blvd, in winston, this afternoon. I got the Sandtrooper from the Vintage SW line and left everything from the Revenge of the Sith film. Also, there were Dustys, Jungle Vipers, Zartans and Recondos on the shelves. Hope you guys find something you want.

No Joe news but Tron Legacy has hit TRU in Cary. I called around lunch time and the lady( clueless) said the figs would be out tomorrow. Well I stopped by around 2 and low and behold all the Tron offerings except for the 12 inch Sam Flynn and Clu. The deluxe figure are pretty cool. Didn't get any yet. I didn't see kevin Flynn or his light cycle. I bought Rinzler and the Black guard. The lady at check out was shocked that they were out. She said the other figures will be out tomorrow.
