TRU in Cary has several of the exclusive Water Moccasin as well as a lone Shipwreck, but no Doc anywhere I could find. They also have started putting out the Iron Man figures, but there was no War Machine.

Cary Target still has Then and Now Rockslides for $12.

If anyone is looking for the Marvel Secret Wars comic packs, Wal-Mart on New Bern in Raleigh has all of them.

Was out today in Gastonia Kmart has the Night Raven and the 4 pack on sale for $22 dollars plus 20% off that, Wal-Mart had the ROC 2 Packs on clearance for $7.00

Walked into Walmart today and was shocked to see this in the clearance aisle:



Apparently they found a revision case or something in the back. There were 8 (mostly case fresh) figures all with foil (a couple the mirror finish foil) 25th logos:

BTW, picked up a regular Wraith, Mutt & Junk Yard and Para-Viper at Marshalls last night. Then headed off with my wife to see Shutter Island.

I love Wal-Mart's pricing logic sometimes. The store on Wake Forest in Raleigh has the PIT back up to $99 now after it was $64 last week. I've never seen a reverse clearance before. How do they ever think that these items will move? And better yet, what happens to them if they don't get sold?

I wonder that as well. Maybe it gets sent to the place that sends merchandise to places like Marshalls, Ross, TJ Maxx, Tuesday Morning and the like.

In the case of the 25th at Marshalls, I am fairly sure that was a deal worked out between them and Hasbro. I do know that Hasbro had 25th/ME available for direct order up until the end of last year.
