Bought GI Joe Origins #1 this morning at Source Comics. They had a lot of the regular two covers and about 5 of the Dave Dorman cover variants. I bought 1 of the regular covers and 1 Dave Dorman cover. If anyone wants the Dorman version they still had about 4 of them at 11am.

Anyone still in need of EELs, Coon Rapids Target did a MAJOR stocking up on Joes and I saw at least 2 on the pegs.

If anyone is looking for the latest comic book pack wave, they can be found in great supply at the Edina Target. I picked up one Tunnel Rat pack, but there were at least 3 others left. The Shockblast pack, Dataframe pack, Snake Eyes training pack, and Scrap-Iron packs were there, too.

Quarry Target has a Desert AWE Striker, a single Black Hiss, A Vamp and an Armadillo/Flight Pod Two Pack. They also have two conquests and two rattlers. No python/tiger force vehicles yet :(

Plenty of "latest wave" figures (ie - Python Crimson Guard, etc) but no new CPs...just wave 3 Fred/Scarface packs.

Saw the new Cobra and GI Joe 5-Packs again at the Northtown TRU. I was very tempted a second time but I passed again. That Viper looks so much better with new hands and chrome. $30 is way too much though for a bunch of repaints.

Picked up the second Classic GI Joe trade paperback at Source Comics today. They also had the new Baroness and Destro Mighty Mugg figures. I almost bought Destro; it had a perfect paint job from what I could tell. They wanted $15.99 which is the main reason I didn't buy it but now I'm thinking I should have splurged.

Any Target jet repaints out there?

No new jets at the Northtown or Champlin Target stores. I know the Champlin store had about 30 jets on the riser shelves around Christmas. The Northtown Target is also fully overstocked with the older jets and the one's on the shelves are collecting dust.

I think the best way to find these is at stores that have hardly any of the older jets and therefore when the shelf is empty near empty they have somewhere to put the new stock out.

Ya but what's not to say they still don't have a pile of the older ones in the back? That's my worry. Hopefully they'll pop up here in the coming weeks.

Northtown Target has the new 5-Packs. They have 4 Resolute, 1 Cobra and 1 Joe. That must be the case breakdown? Still passed for now.
