That's funny. I was there this morning at opening and bought the only two IG 3-packs they had on the shelf. They must have had more in the back. Also, TRU is running some promo that gives you a free Sigma Duke with the purchase of $19.99 or more in Joes. I'm packing that sucker up for one of my kids when his brother has his birthday this next week. It's always hard on the young one when his brother has a birthday.

Also, I have an observation. That TRU was packed before opening. It had a line of parents and adults all waiting to get inside. At about 20 minutes to opening, they all asked each other why they were there. They were all gauging each other's interests, claiming their territory. It turns out they were all there for Wiis. One parent was there for a Wii and Bakugan.

You guys with kids? Yeah, your boys are going to want Bakugan, if that isn't already apparent. It's the hot toy this season.

But why is the Wii still hot? They still haven't produced that thing in enough numbers to satisfy demand? Also, the store looked like Black Friday as they all made a bee line to the video game section. It's going to be a crazy holiday season, yet again.

Hmmm... I dont know about what was going on when I got there today (TRU) but, there were quite a few more employees than normal. Also, there were people leaving with multiple shopping carts worth of stuff (many with the Bakugan stuff... I have no idea what that is) so my hopes were low for finding anything new. But low and behold there in front of me were one of each of the 3 packs. I went to a K-Mart a little later and found a couple of the SE w/Timber re-release, ba cc, and a few others. What a great day for finding toys! I had all but given up searching but, it seems like when you find one thing you have been looking for it drives you to search even more. Or maybe thats just me

No, no, unfortunately it isn't just you.

And yeah, I noticed all the TRU head honchos there as well. I had 3 older gung-ho guys offer to help me out. Glad to hear they had more in stock. At this point, I'm not going to worry about any future store exclusives, vehicles, comic packs, or DVD packs. Those things are plentiful. The only thing that ever seems scarce are the new figs. And I don't think wave 10 has hit Colorado.

Although, a Hasbro rep told me a few weeks ago that a coleague told him he placed wave 10 figs on the shelf at a Parker Wal-mart. This was about 2-3 weeks ago. I hit three walmarts around me that night and found nothing. And, it seems no one else has found them at any major retailer.

The good news at least is that my father-in-law in L.A. got me wave 10 at a comic convention in which he was a vendor. The bad news is I won't see them until Thanksgiving when he comes out.

well, tru had no wave2 sro sets this morning. BUT i went to target on county line and found a black head destro 2pack!

I found all the re-vision figures at Wal-Mart in Parker this morning... I left the beach head and Snake Eyes Timber if anyone is looking for them. There was also a couple of Snow Serpents there that I left.
