Got the Joe & Cobra TRU Senior Ranking Sets. The CG set was already gone.

Uh, why can't I find a Crimson Guard Officer pack? I went to Toys R Us today and all they had were the Joe and Cobra Officer packs. I'm guessing someone bought the Officer packs at another store, wasn't satisfied, and traveled to another TRU to buy the Crimson Guard pack again. Are these going to be tough to find?

Anyone willing to trade one for a vehicle from the Target Exclusive pack and a spare army builder Cobra or Crimson Guard? Please PM me if interested.

Finally 2 Targets put the Joe exclusives out, first store sold out(Powers), but the second(N. Academy), I was able to get all 3. 2 other stores(S. Academy & Cheyenne Mtn) still don't have them out.

Yeah i got all three at North Academy Target this morning as well. There was one more set left.

I live in Highlands Ranch, my Targets never have diddly, just fillers. Anyone have the numbers for me to give to the Target folks so I can have them look up the vehicle packs close by.

We will not even start on the local TRU, which is by far the worst one that I have ever seen.

Saw the two Joe Battle Packs at Westy TRU today. Both Ninja Attack and Cobra Night Watch packs present. Cool sets, but passed.

According to a helpful employee, the two TRU Joe/Cobra 3-packs had just sold through an hour before I arrived. At least I was in the area when I stopped. Fett was on a wild goose chase to Aurora TRU after getting bad information from Park Meadows TRU on the 3-pack availability in Aurora. Plus he had to deal with a couple of less than helpful employees once he got there. Retail help has definitely gone downhill. You have to wonder how TRU remains in business with terrible service, prices that are typically 20-30% above Target and Wal*Mart, a suspect distribution system, no clue how to manage clearance and near always being the last to get anything new. Hmmm ...

Also saw the Target exclusive vehicles at Boulder and 144th/I-25 Westy Targets on Saturday. Full checkstand endcap at both stores. Picked up the HISS but passed on the other two.

SWJay is correct...TRU f***ing blows!!! I went to Park Meadows TRU to get me a Senior Ranking Officers (Joes) Set today. Since no one will buy or hide one for me...hint, hint. So, a very nice employee looks them up and tells me there are six at the Aurora TRU. I then drive all the way to Aurora only to see zero packs on the shelves. I asked two different employees about this and got the same answer from both, "whatever is out is what we have." I explained my situation to them and asked if they could look up the item. Both refused!!! I ended up talking to mangement who finally looked in the back but said his inventory must be off. Did I mention that I hate Toys R Us? I get infuriated every time I see a company give them another exclusive. Becasue I know for a fact I will NEVER see the exclusive in a TRU and will utlimately have to pay inflated prices on-line. So, f**k TRU. Ahhhh, I feel better now.

The Park Meadows TRU is by far the closest to me as I live maybe ten minutes away. It is nothing like a TRU should be and it ticks me off. They never have anything! I was lucky enough to find three of my comic two packs there before I found them anywhere, but that was a very rare occurance. I have the Lonetree and Highlands Ranch Targets both in equal distance from me. And getting help from someone that knows the toy department at either of them is useless. They at least try, but never have a clue. I am looking for all three of the Target vehicles especially the Awe Striker. I really do not care much about the TRU exclusives as they are almost all repaints. I do think I want the the Joe Rankers because there is a Grunt in there.
