I found parts of Retaliation wv's 3.5/4 between 2 Ross stores.

Fort Collins TRU has two sets of the retaliation wave with Night Viper on the pegs, no idea why, but they do. $9.99 each.

Ross stores at least in the SE Denver area are starting to trickle in with Retaliation figs, didn't see anything good though, just SE and Roadblock at the couple I checked earlier.

Tuesday mornings are finally getting more, one of em had about 6 or 7 on the pegs.

E County Line Rd TrU had literally at least 25 wave 3/3.5 figs, including several Alley Vipers and SS. They also had a bunch of the latest wave Kreos, snagged a Lowlight, they had 2 or so more of him.

I hit up the Castle Rock Tuesday Morning and got a Combat Ninja, Ult Storm Shadow, Ult Cobra Commander, and 2 Budo's.

No, the crimson strike joecon set, with 12 crimson vipers, crimson tomax/xamot and crimson baroness. Thanks though
