Head's up on a new comic/toy shop. On my lunch hour, as I was walking to Qdoba, I passed some dude setting up a new store. Looking through his windows, I saw what appears to be a pretty good number of Joe items. He says he hopes to open by the 10th at the latest. It's in Englewood off of Hampden in the same strip of stores that Quiznos, Qdoba, and IHOP are in.

I decided to stop lurking and join the party. I've just returned to the collecting fold after giving all my Joes up in 1989-ish. Not much of a collection so far though.

Anyhow, I'm in Denver and apart from finding a Lifeline at Target (Alameda/Colorado) I haven't seen a damn thing in Denver proper. I'd appreciate it if any of you guys have tips. I work an evening shift so it's reasonable for me to make an occasional trip to the burbs if it's worthwhile.

Dang it!!!! I got to TrU 20 mins after they opened today. I actually had a break at work. Anyhow, they have a brand new case put out, but no zombie viper. I asked an employee, and they did a check and found that 4 had been sold already. So someone beat me to a ZV by 20 mins! I have yet to see one at retail!

yeah, if your not at TRU when they first open, you'll miss the new stuff. But Wal-Mart & Target are getting the wave, but like TRU.....it's 1 case at a time. Saw the remains of the wave at both, WM & Target stores just this past week.

I've seen remnants at some Targets and WMs, but haven't seen the ZV yet. Thankfully I ordered everything else from Kokomo. Wish I'd have been smart enough to preorder the ZV. If peg space is an indication, the movie stuff shouldn't be hard to get.

Picked up Renegades Law and Order at the King Soopers at 29th and Quebec. There's a couple of Vipers and a SE there if anyone needs them.

Other than at King Soopers I haven't found anything on the pegs. Everyone's talking about Ross but the two Ross stores I've been in are creepy ransacked caves. Zombie-filled caves. Am I missing something?
