Question: How many of you would be interested in meeting maybe every two months or so in some centralized location for trading/bullshitting, etc.?
I'm in Montgomery. We get stuff here that other places in Bama seem to miss and other regions get things we never get. Maybe it would help us all to help each other. We could exchange lists of what we are looking for and then, if we found it, pick it up and then we could all settle up at the meeting. How realistic do you think that is? Like Viral's situation with the POC action figures. Working as a team we could avoid things like that. What do y'all think? I imagine this has been discussed before. Maybe it's even already being done. If it is, how do I get in on it? Word of warning though, I will most likely have to bring my 5 year old, so the meet up will need to be in a kid friendly area. @camper: You should have had EH stash 'em. |

As far as I know there hasn't been any meet-ups, but I know Cray and Regilan have been talking about setting one up. I'm game to try it. As of right now I don't have much in the way of trade fodder, and only pick up extras upon request.
Word of warning though, I will most likely have to bring my 5 year old, so the meet up will need to be in a kid friendly area. @camper: You should have had EH stash 'em. Quote:
Feel free, any of you, to PM me your # and let me know what you are looking for as well. I get to hunt a lot and I can call/text you if I find something. I can also pick stuff up for folks and hold on to it 'til we can meet up, or mail it in the case of loose action figures. Quote:
yeah I mentioned it a while back and that my house could be used if needed. I'm a bachlor with a two year old so I have toys all over the place in my house as well as a 52" TV hooked up to 360 to keep kids occupied with over 1000+ movies lol ok yeah I'm a big kid. I'm like 30 min from huntsville so not sure how it would pan out though. Like Brcall said I think Cray and Regilan mentioned it as well.
Like, is there a list like this somewhere? MONTGOMERY Barefoot Jedi thomas76 BIRMINGHAM camper EdHaskel HUNTSVILLE ? AUBURN ? TUSCALOOSA ? MOBILE ? Et cetera...

GI C, and I are in Athens and Huntsville respectively.
I don't mind driving to B'ham, but it would have to be on the weekends. |

You know I read your name as "Boctor Call" because for some reason I see "Br" as "Dr." ::shrugs::

Lol, what's funny is I've had the nickname "Doc" for about 4 years now. I guess it's similar to Crayfish, and how no one calls him by his real name anymore. |

BJ, add Crayfish to Cullman, though he terrorizes BHM regularly. Specter is in BHM. I think Hot Rd Cowboy (sp) is from The Gump also, but I have not seen him on here in a while.
