In case you haven't heard, there is a vintage toy store that just opened a new location in the Town Mall of Westminster (MD), called "Eternia Dreams". Its a large store in the mall (formerly a FYE store, approx 10k sq feet). Lots of Joes- USS Flagg & terrordrome on display, along with many other toy lines... Check it out in person or facebook.

I just got back from a Target run (Rockville, MD) and stopped in the toy aisle to find this super rare variant figure



The only other Classified figure in the regular section was a lone SE movie Scarlet that has been there for weeks.

On a whim (as I already have one of each from the latest TF/PP wave), I asked an employee if they had any PP Vipers in back. He brought one out for me and said that they are supposed to go up on shelves on Friday. I also asked about Outback & the BAT. He said there wasn't anything else in back. (I know from Popfindr last week that they should be in store.) He checked his hand held again, and saw that they went out on the floor this morning. They, and some brand new Star Wars Black and Fortnight figures, were on an endcap nowhere near the action figure aisle, closer to the toddler toys. So keep your eye open out there if you are still looking for the TF/PP wave!
