I don't mind a tiny bit more for good service. An email update would be great.
Exclusives would be great as they are often very hard to get in are area. Convention, sdcc stuff is a bonus for sure. I'd rather spend locally than eBay.

thanks for the advice guys yes i will work with tankers on keeping items they want i will also start a email chain so i can keep you up to date on what i have coming in prices i will try to keep low i cant promise i can compete with walmart and target but im not gonna rake you over the coals for a few bucks but i still have to make rent so remember my goal is to save you money in shipping and gas
my advice, or plea really... please don't cannibalize the local stores (WM, Target, TRU, etc.) for your inventory making hard to find stuff even harder to find and marking it up in your store. We already have a few locals that do that, and makes it damn near impossible to find anything. This area is hella frustrating at times. I think it would be really cool if you had SDCC stuff. I'd pay $36 for a Zarana, and you'd make 300% profit. But no one has one. Boo.

Very good point. Please don't crap in the same playground... As mentioned, being a joe collector in this area is not fun or easy. It's highly congested to say the least so scavenging the local stores only makes it that much more dreadful for everyone. Take the example of the person(s) dumping arctic destro at the Germantown target. That ruined the store for many of us local to it.
That being said, I don't expect a small toy store to compete with Box prices but I don't mind really provided its within reason. There was a comic store in lake forest mall that got tome joes in at times and the prices could be laughable at times. I wish you the best and if local and reasonable, you'll have another customer.
