Honestly though, I do understand lack-of-space issues more than most and that not everyone has the room to open or display stuff, but when it comes down to it, what's the point of collecting figures if they're always kept out of sight in storage? Ultimately, doesn't everyone want their own slice of joe heaven and at least a little place to set up some of their loose figures? With that type of logic, I may as well have my fiancé keep her diamond ring in a box, just in case we need to move sometime soon.

It did. And professor Air-tight has an assignment: get all your figures and vehicles out of storage and put them on display! All this trash-talk about troop building does you no good if they're sealed in baggies in a box somewhere! ;)
You want anticipation? ...Wait til you see how I set up the new place... I may need a hand with it actually, lol I have no room for everything....LMAO You'll have to come over and see everything.. My point exactly....lol

Haha, my troops are ready for battle, not deployment. To be fair though, about half of my collection is in storage, they have "reserve status".

If you don't get it when it comes out then it sky rockets in price and leaves you looking for stuff like some guys on here... The POC line is a good example of that prices are ridiculous...

Once I move, I will be giving you a call! Haha you definitely need a bit more room too, or at least a big closet or a basement, haha.

But yes, I completely understand folks frustrations in trying to collect POC. They can't be that rare, can they? Surely they must be in some warehouses waiting to be unleashed upon the market. ToysRus & Walgreens seem to be doing this recently with this revision case: http://www.bigbadtoystore.com/bbts/p...75&mode=retail. Part of me thinks there are 2 sides to this problem that only contribute to each other in negative ways, a continuous cycle of crap if you will: Sellers want too much money for the toys, buyers don't want to pay too much money for the toys. Buyers refuse to buy toys from sellers at such high asking prices(except for the folks willing to spend the money), toys sit around to taunt buyers (haha, you'll have to sell a limb to won this!) and annoy their sellers (why is my shit not selling? I thought these were selling for some good ca$h?). Of the toys that do sell for crazy amounts of money, sellers look at it as a potential sign to "keep holding on/don't drop the asking prices" in hopes that their items sell for just as much crazy money, while buyers try to "wait it out" in hopes that sellers items don't move and they drop their asking prices in attempts to finally move their products. In the end, everyone just wants to get a fair deal without feeling screwed over, but supply vs. demand just messes with all of this. Hopefully folks get their wants, folks don't feel screwed over, and the 'Tank cools down from it's longstanding critical-mass omg-the-sky-is-falling status on G.I.Joe currently being in a tad bit of a mess. I know folks complain about collecting this line, but I feel I've seen worse. Then again, our group got a bit lucky with Benny's stores really helping out during the POC days, so we're probably not feeling the hurt as bad as others.
