Rhode Island G.I. Joe Sightings

Target in Seekonk was setting up the end cap and the lady had 4 boxes of unopened RoC figs. She asked what I was looking for and was nice enough to open the cases so I could look. Not one Destro or Barroness...I found that odd since you guys said target in Warwick Mall had them.

So I finally ventured out today. I was able to hit two targets a walmart and a tru. The Toys R us really had nothing special ROC wise it looked like they were picked over big time. They did have a few tru exclusive fireflys and more bbqs. THey also did have plenty of night ravens. At the targets I was able to find some good figures a Destro, PP snakes and storms plus a few others. Walmart had nothing. I was hoping to find the Pit Commander, Sgt Flash, pp baroness and elite viper.
I was most dissapointed that I could find lots of things I did not want (like the alpa series 16.99 ouch) to buy at target but no steel suv. I am sure I will find one. I am so happy to finally have new joe product out. It is an exciting time to be a fan.

Is everyone finding what they are looking for?

Still looking for a Blockbuster joe poster and best of 80's dvd set. if anyone knows, please let me know lol.

I assume you checked TRU in Warwick? I haven't bought anything yet. I had a Steel Crusher in my hands, but I couldn't pull the trigger. I need a new job...well, I've needed one for a while, but still :(

Hey Fast Draw where did you see the steel crusher?

Target in Seekonk had 1 Steel Crusher as of 2:00 PM yesterday. There's only 1 TRU in RI so I assumed that's the one you meant, but Swansea and Attleboro aren't too far. I check those once in a while.

Yea, I already got my order for a set of the 7-packs. With that order and my order for the complete Sunbow set, I'm done until I get a new job I think. I'll wait and see I guess.

are wal-marts anywhere putting stuff out yet? I'm nearby woonsocket and while I haven't hit the place up today- they haven't shown any indication of putting new stuff up.

The Target in Warwick Mall had a lot of Destro and Baroness figures. I suggest going there.

The Walmarts in RI that I have been to have only had the SE costumes out. The one in Seekonk had a couple RoC singles out, but they were mixed in with the 25th/modern figures.

Finally scored my SUV Steel crusher today. I stopped in TRU on my way to work and they had a few in stock. Same figures as a couple days ago though. I wanted a fleet of these until I heard there are no moving back passanger doors.
