Any word if Hasbro will release a revision case to fill the gap between the now and the movie? The movie figures will probably hit around April, right?
Too bad Hasbro will never release a greatest hits wave with some HTF figures: Shadow Tracker, Low-Light, Ren Storm Shadow, General Hawk, Jungle BAT, Lifeline, Air-tight, Sci-Fi, Law and Order, Rock Viper, POC Wave 3 Snake Eyes, and any version fo Cobra Commander (there always has to be a peg warmer). |

Does anyone have an extra 25th Lift-Ticket figure that they don't want? I know some people bought multiples of the Sky Hawk (Ghost Hawk) when it was released so I just figured I'd throw that out there.

Has anyone even seen any restocking? I've hit some Targets in Warwick and Lincoln, Walmart in North Smithfield and Cranston, and I've seen the same figures since before Christmas. The N.S. Walmart is so bad - bare pegs for just about every toy line - MU, Spider-man, SW, Joes, even Legos & Kreos, Thomas trains, Imaginext. It's a wasteland. I was so desperate to buy something I almost bought the deluxe Frost Giant from the Thor movie line for $6.50.
Anyone find anything at a Benny's? Sounds like Walgreens is the only game in town right now. |

I haven't heard anything, but that's a long gap, I hope they do put out at least one revision case- they'd be foolish not to! If anything I could see a revision case of Wave 3 & 4 again, with multiple Techno-Vipers, Zombie Vipers and Renegades SS with all the other popular ones as well. I'd love some POC revisits but I don't think that will happen, they seem to have moved on. I'd love to see Airtight, Sci-Fi, Techno-Viper, Low-Light, etc all released on 25th-style cards, how cool would that be?!!
1. waves 3 & 4 finally hit major retailers in one or two cases and sell, no restocks. Stores will then ride it out until they can put out Retaliation products. 2. Benny's finally comes through the puts out the later waves 3 & 4 in their stores. 3. Like the Transformers "Hunt for the Decepticons", "Power-Core Combiners", and "Reveal the Shield" lines, the non-movie wave 3 & 4 30th waves will be completely ignored and not hit major retailers. As with Transformers, there will be no toyline restocks and all non-movie product lines will be ignored (even revision cases) for actual movie-line product which will be the "line restock." Basically stores will ignore anything non-movie for G.I.Joe but will later stock to the brim with Retaliation products. ^Hopefully any POC & 30th products not stocked by the major retailers will show up at discount retailers as it has with most of 2010's Transformer's toy lines. But those darn ROC figures are still clogging up the discounters so who knows? Basically, unless you're buying online, collecting current G.I.Joe products is a big risky gas wasting pain, and even then, some items are still difficult to get online at resonable prices (30th/Renegades Storm Shadow). They really need to bring G.I.Joe back to it's former glory. I mean, from the Joe/Cobra 2000's line to the 25th line still had strong retail presence and steady support up until ROC. Remember when you could walk into a store and actually find products on the shelves? People were right, that movie did harm the brand in way of killing mass retailer support. Now we're relying more than ever on online and other retailers (Benny's, Stop&Shop, Walgreens). The game has changed.

I think we would have seen a revision case listed by now. I think it's safe to say they're gearing up for the movie and retailers won't be ordering much more of the 30th line.
Time to save for the sub and the Con.

Exactly. The 30th line seems harder to collect from retail than POC. I'll just go the online route for the few 30th guys I want. Don't want enough of them to warrant purchases of cases or assortments. To me personally, the 30th figures do not seem as exciting as all the POC ones.

I won't be too upset if Hasbro doesn't release a revision case before the movie merchandise hits, but it would be cool if they did. For the 30th stuff, I already have everything I need and only a few more that I'd buy extras of.
I'm saving my extra $ for the FSS, joecon set and remaining 3rd party Transformer figures that I need to pick up. |

don't bother going to the Coventry Walmart anymore. I was there last night and they have cut Joes out of the new planogram. Really odd, but they aren't in there, even though that store was always sold out.

Well here's some good news, my "Pile 'O Loot" arrived today from BBTS. I say good because nothing from it was cancelled or resold considering how long it sat around.
It was a 3 year long loot, weighed over 21 pounds, and altogether almost cost me $500. A small bit of that loot consisted of 2 cases of wave 6 POC. The rest consisted of stuff from Japan and other obscure crap. Maybe if I'm in the mood I'll post pics.
