2 Jungle Bats up for grabs....yes I said B.A.T.S. for trade or sale...lol. I have the 10 I wanted already. Also, 2 MU Apocalypse, 2 Clear Visions, and 1 Cyclops.

Just a heads up for any SW collectors. When Enzo and I went to Newberry comics the other day, they said they recalled all the Wedge Figures from stores because they saw what they were selling for online. Don't expect to see them show up any time soon. Especially when NC is the only one currently getting the revision case he is in.

Glad I got mine.

Really? What's the point in recalling them though? Wouldn't that just make them worth even more? It would make more sense to flood the market with them, reducing their worth on the secondhand market.

They were probably "recalled" to be sold on their amazon.com store for more money. I'd check there if you want it, but be careful, there is another store on Amazon.com that goes by their same name and uses their logos, but is not affiliated with Newbury Comics.

They did that to an item I had on hold a few years ago. Was going to come in the following morning to purchase it. The item was no longer there, had been shipped to the warehouse, listed on Amazon, and sold to someone else. I was like WTF because the item was going to be a gift for someone else.

exactly. The girl that helped us, let us check the computer screen with her and they had been removed from their inventory as an item that can be ordered. She said they resell the items for more money on Ebay.

Okay the time has come for another meet and for some newbies to join the crowd.. I'm sure the original guys will be there or some of us at least myself defintly seeing I am the founder of these meets.. Anyway I am thinking of having the next one Friday Sept 2 or Saturday Sept 3. Let me know what works for you guys it will be in Providence or Warwick. I will let everyone know when I see who is coming.. PM me or post on the board...

I don't know,..I mean, its not like we have fun or anything. I would love to see some of the new guys show up. Sept 3rd would be better for me. I have a meeting on the 2nd at 7pm.
