The items weren't in the bottom of the box? Did it look like the box had been opened? Seems weird someone would do that just for the weapons. Why not repack the figure, too? Seems to be going around as some DB is doing that with Volcano Vipers at Benny's in MA.

Nah, it was completely sealed, even the bag with the instructions and poster. Had to be a factory fuckup. Usually when I get lemons, if one thing is wrong(missing weapons), then another thing is wrong with it (missing Dreadnok tampo).

And as for the volcano viper I have good news. This weekend I found one with the figure. Also got the submarine thingy and all of POC wave 4. Now on to waves 5 & 6!

On the fence about the volcano viper toy, I might offer it up here since I know you folks have been finding the vehicles with swapped drivers.

As with my experience in the past with Benny's, their stores have very helpful salespeople who will go out of their way for you. From my shopping experiences, usually the older gentlemen in dress shirts are the guys who will help you out best. If you can't find an item on the shelf, ask if they have any in the back (describe it well) and explain your predicament (people returning the item with parts missing/swapped). I'm sure they'll go check for you if it means making a sale and a customer happy.

As a Christmas gift when I was younger, my dad scored me a few Matchbox Mega-Rig sets that were nigh impossible to find all by asking nicely if the had any in stock in the back (the U.F.O. and Arctic Explorer). He knew that for at least an entire year I had been looking for the sets, at various stores with no such luck. He walked into the Smithfield Benny's, grabbed a set that had photos on the sets I couldn't find on the box, asked the manager, showed him the pictures of the hard to find sets, and asked if they could check the back for them. Long story short, I was in for one heck of a surprise on Christmas morning!

Oh yeah, watching "A Real American Hero" on the HUB right now!

Yeah, that really grinds my gears. The vehicle is pretty darn cool. I guess they're just cheap asses and figure they'll score the trooper for free by returning the product and getting their cash back.

I remember years ago when someone around here was buying the Joe vs cobra 2-packs and returning them with CORPS figures in the packaging.

I'm sorry but I love repackers...lol Seems they get one up on Hasbro for doing dumb shit like packing the Volcano Viper with that shitty vehicle instead of putting him out on a card... Get ready cause if they put the Data Viper out the same way later (i.e. in a vehicle) your going to see lots of repacks.. Anyway I could care less about people repacking Kudos to them..!! Trying to send a message to Hasbro on how a collector may disagree with their figure/vehicle pair-ups is one thing, but leaving behind their own greedy mess so others who have searched desperately for the very items they horde with shelfish glee, only to feel utter disappointment at what they find is a much greater evil.

It's like buying a PSP at Wal-Mart, only to open it up and find a brick in place of the system.(a true story that has happened multiple times to people over the years)

TJ Max had sinestro Batman, Golden Pharoh. Also some Transformers but nothing really cool to report.

Target on Baldhill. Had one Zartan and Destro. Lots of Captain America but nothing special or interesting.

Target in the mall had what was a new wave of Iron Man Two figures. Sadly it's not the cool wave but repaints of armors they already released as something new. Also Two drones One silver and ne green.
