It's an automatic 20%. I forget if it's for Joes or for all clearance though. It's been a week or two since I've been to a K-Mart.
I regretted getting mine back a few months ago when I saw it for that price.

ya it was automatic but i think it ran out on sat i don't think all the kmart are doing the same thing

K Mart has the Night Raven for $20 and the 1st 2 DVD packs for $16. They also had all the Wave 2 Alpha vehicles.
