I'm going to be waiting out front of the Montgomeryville Target at 8 am. they don't let under 65's in till 9 but I will be there to get my one each. They better have one each for making me wait till now.

They denied me one so many times over the past 3 weeks they'd better have 7. But they come in packs of 6 so that means 5 'disappeared' somehow over the past week. hmmmm curious as they say.

So I plan to hit a few Target and Walmart stores in NE Philly tomorrow morning around 7-8am. Franklin Mills, Neshaminy mall, Roosavelt Mall and Grant Ave. I don’t have any expectations as all of the stores listed have had nothing for the last few weeks. But I’ll make sure if anything is there I’ll hide a few and report it here. Anyone else have any luck with Wave 2 at any of the stores? I’m looking for all of Wave 2 and Target Cobra Island figures. Happy hunting!

Haven't seen any Wave 2 myself. Looking for Gung Ho and the Red Ninja myself. I'll report my findings tomorrow too.

Now when popfindr shows the items in stock, does that mean they are on the shelf for sale? Or just in the system and might not be out yet?

It means they're in the store. In stock. Not specified in back or on floor. Unless someones been messing with #s. Or hiding them in back to scalp.
