Question 2: I want to get a picture with Slaughter. does it cost money to get pics taken, like getting a signature?

I just picked up a POC Gen Hawk yesterday at my local Rite Aid, they also had the POC Cobra Commander but I already have him.

Just got the same POC Hawk and Commander that previous people had said they were seeing. I also got another of the POC alley viper and a few others. I think I may well have completed my POC collection now...
