wave 3 is showing up at targets in western PA. I just found that end cap display at target in monacca. still no target exclusives, Hiss tanks, furreis or vamps at Ross.

Sorry if this is not news. I usually collect Transformers but found a New Cobra Commander. The package only says "Cobra" across the top and on the side it has his name and says in lowercase letters, Cobra Leader. They also had a GI Joe with Duke the same way. It was in the Walmart on rt 541 in burlington NJ. I bought it cause it looks cool!

I went to the Waterworks and Greensburg Ross yesterday and found nothing. I did, however, get 25th Joes for $1 at the Greentree Marshall's. And saw the Alpha wave 2 cobra snow vehicle at the Target in Irwin, which is the first wave 2 vehicle I have seen in that chain and makes me feel better about the line.

The good news is that there are now plenty of wv 3 dukes and ss' to keep destro,dusty,zartan,and tornado se company. Was at both targets on mcknight and Mt. Nebo before I finally found a wv 3 snake eyes at harmarville.no shock troopers to be seen

TRU on McKnight had a couple World War Hulks earlier.
Target on McKnight may I've some Thor figures on the pegs - they pulled a case an I grabbed one of each minis the light up Thor.
Target at the Waterfront has restocked more Crysis 2 figures.

Btw has anyone seen the Tech Deck Love Park? For the past couple of weeks I haven't been able to find it. I've seen plenty of Pulaski Park but no Love Park.

South Philly Target is all Wave 2 POC stuff. No Wave 3 except for a few Dukes. Wave 4 is unseen yet.

Only 2 Crysis figures, the new Star Wars Vintage Collection wave is there (AOTC), and there are about 2 pegs worth of JUST Iron Man MU figures (not the actual Iron Man line).

I did, however, find the Variant Head Wolverine there today, and an Alley Viper there yesterday. Nabbed them.
