toys r us express in north bend... scored a blind master, jinx, dark ninja and ninja duel snake eyes. left an alley viper, night viper, lady jaye, battle roadblock, joe colton and i think a firefly with the sled.

It's not even a faithful rendition of the vintage piece - it's just a "barely passing the squint test" kitbash.
I found one at Fred Meyer, but was disappointed almost immediately after getting it open. However, I was happy to take the $30 that the auction ended at when I dumped it on eBay. The figure's current mythic status benefits from the "can't have it so I gotta have it" psychology. It's stature will fade in time, or once more folks have it. And frankly, I think the figures you did get are better figures. They're all really good sculpts, and fun. |
