He carred an M-60 in 'Nam, usually those guys are pretty big just because they have to be large enough to handle that weapon and carry it around. I'm not saying he has to be huge, just the size of a healthy American male.

she at least deserved a better toy! Honestly the parts where the wheels fell off for me was the bathroom scene where she was supposed to be vulnerable, and the jargon on the treadmill....other than that her physical performance was convincing and her short lines we fine...I thought

She's hawt. She played a good part..it reminded me a little of Lynda Carter's take on Wonder Woman. She had fun, believed in the part, and didn't take herself too seriously, but serious enough that you believed she was Scarlett.
If they cast tatum again (who ruined the entire movie for me), they may as well bring Rachel back....This entire sequel is starting to irk me already. Marlon Wayans was more believable as ripcord than tatum was as Duke--take that to the bank. At least wayans had some charm.

Very well put Sho, I couldn't have told you who this guy was before. He is certainly impressive and looks like he could play the part to a T!!

If you wanna see "zero emotion" check out Mars Attacks or Star Wars I,II & III and watch Natalie Portman attempt to act. It's painful to watch that no-talent hack. |

Yeah, I agree that her "big moments" on the screen were not great. However, compared with so many of the lines in the film, they didn't stand out as "incredibly bad". And the fact that Scarlett wasn't with Snake-Eyes (or even Duke, for that matter) is still a problem for me. She was however, physically convincing. She's tall and athletic, and her red hair was stunning. I just think that she's probably a decent Actress (she wasn't too bad on Alias), and with a better script and a better director, she could do pretty well.

If the movie had been an ace, Wayans would have a great career by now, most likely. I kinda feel bad for the guy. And as much as I like Tatum, and know he can do better, he put the least effort out and deserves a lot of the flack.

That's a great idea. Adkins is a bigger guy. I've always envisioned Snake-Eyes as a lot bigger than Ray Park. Obviously he's not as big as a guy like Gung-Ho or Roadblock, but I don't see him as some shrimp. I figure he's about 6' or 6'1". Storm Shadow might be much smaller because he's Japenese, but there's no real reason for Snake-Eyes to be so small.

That being said, Wayans' Rip Cord was horrible. Those two ruined the film for me. I can't think of much that I liked about the film, but their departure from the original characters bothered me the most.

Oliver I agree once again with your knowledge of Snake-Eyes carrying a M-60 in the Nam!! I sure do love that comic with him Stalker, and the rest of his unit trying to get back from a mission!! I wish they had stayed with this story line instead of this silence based on his master getting cut down!!
