YES IT ATTACHES TO THE HISS V.

So... do MIB samples mean that they're coming to Ross???? Before the Sand Serpent punch yesterday, I would have said... "not necessarily." But after yesterday... I simply don't know anymore.

I do not have any more of these nor can I get any more that I'm aware of.
One of these is already spoken for.

The only reason I've ever cared about the scout is the potential for its tracks to be rigged onto a v1 Hiss. A v1 Hiss with moving tracks is a holy grail of mine.
