Now we got assassination plots?
Ya know, for something that a lot of people have been writing off as kiddified and watered down, this is looking like it might have a pair of balls on it. |

I mean beavis and but-head had an above average upper teen/mature theme as well, like set fires, look at girly mags, try and drink alchohol etc. etc...and they looked stupid to boot..I get the same vibe with this cartoon...again a watered down looking Metalocolypse/Resolute cartoon due to the cheapness factor they chose to go with over going full prudciton like Resolute or Star Wars the clone wars provided. |

A show for children can be every bit as mature as a show for adults can be childish. As to the designs, it's a personal thing and will vary depending on how much stock people place in the visual designs, but I'll tell you one thing. I thought Transformers Animated looked like rubbish when I first saw ads for it, and it took all of one episode to convert me. |

I think back to the Teen Titan TV series. I avoided it for years because of the heavy-headed anime style, but after catching a couple episodes, I became impressed with how well it was written and voice-acted. Now it's a personal favorite. People freaked out over how the Simpsons looked when they first appeared, too. Now no one bats an eye. Again, the Renegade style wouldn't be my choice, but I'll keep an open mind regarding the actual plotlines before I judge the series.

There was nothing whatsoever that was mature about Bevis and Butthead, and your argument to the contrary just reveals how sadly misinformed you are as to the very definition of the word.
