are those attachable silencers next to the pistols?

the pistol next to them looks to have a nipple to add a silencer to it... that'd be pretty awesome if it is.

This is the definitive Snake Eyes IMO, especially since he comes with the Ninja gear and the commando gear. I would put this up against the Sideshow SE easily.
