The number your looking for is this date/time stamp number 02381 or later... if you find that it's a black HISS Tank.

So if this comes with the Cobra Fury wave, ill be in luck, cause i want both!! The brown version i can use for Desert warfare and the Black one will be used either in Jungle or Urban assaults. I can see it now Black HISS Tanks rolling down the street along with the Fury and a couple of Deviants! SWEET!!!
