since the price went up here all the joes just sit on pegs it could have to do with a drop in sells

My WM's have a few of the wave 6 on the pegs, so maybe when the next shipment comes in, the price drop will show, cuz it's still 6.84 here.

Could be or it could be that everybody and their momma is waiting for W7 to get here and once it does the price wont matter the masses including myself will be buying it.

It's true. Walmart was the first to jack up the price, testing the waters. As soon as everyone else did as well. They lowered them again to stay the best priced against the other retailers.

Wal-Mart is notorious for raising then dropping their price on things. This is their all mighty rollback. I wonder if they will advertise it as a rollback or a new everyday low price. They could just be at a lower price at this time because another store in the area had a sale on their GI Joes.
