Really? That just adds to the cool factor of Zartan. Could anyone provide more details as to what parts change colour? And any other details that might be available?

Zartan was one of my first GI Joe figures back in the '80s and I think is a 'must have' from the 25th Ann. line.

Actually, I think its the "shirt" that changes color. This makes him more accurate to his original shirtless look when the color is changed. The mask might change color too, but thats just going off what it says on the box. I'm not totally sure, but thats my opinion gathered from what I've observed.

"Yup, I was at the booth when John was putting in Zartan and it was interesting to see that some of his face was green, he had said that Zartan will change to green with "ice cold water" and then mentioned that it was pretty cold in the place that they were keeping him and Stalker."

No mention of the shirt changing color, and as mentioned, it says "color-changing face" on the package. It's probably just the face that changes.

what about the 3 3/4" gijoe line for the 25th anniversary?

I hope something will happen to the 25th anniversary gijoe line.
