Duke was terrible. Its like watching mashall mathers in an army uniform. homie g dawg duke?! The guys from middle america, not LA!! hated that crap. And put the damn right mask on the commander!!!

The writers' strike must have happened just after the first 20 minutes of the script was written then. LOL. As much as I kind of really liked ROC the first battle was the best IMO... then it started to get really... "for the kids" as they say. LOL. ROC was worth it though just to see Storm Shadow and The Baroness onscreen together and for me to get my Paris Pursuit SE figure. LOL.

i have a feeling gi 2 will be better. they will add guys like beachead and ff, with bigger roles for ss and se kids and adults alike will hopefully be drawn to it.

I've heard this rigamaroile before. Every craptacular flicks writer or director was a 'fan'. Thats the BIGGEST BS line i've heard. No one associated in the making of this movie had clue one who these characters were, nor their backstories, nor did they care. Bad writing, bad directing, bad movie. Cool ideas and concepts, and utter failure to have anything remotely what the fans wanted. Did I expect a faithful rendition? No. But I expected a flick not seemingly ghosted by Uwe Boll.
