New Rules And How The New System Works The 2010 Q&A is five (5) rounds, not including the January 2010 round (already completed). · For every round, each participating site is allowed to submit three(3) questions, at least one (1) of which will be answered. The remaining questions of the 40 total submitted to Hasbro will be the "best of the rest." · Additionally, we will give all participants answers to all the questions, once each site is give 48 hours to post their own. That way, each of you will, in essence, have 40 questions for each round to post to their own site. As Hasbro's new Q&A format only allows for 40 total responses, we thought we would help you hone your question submissions per the brand¹s guidelines. Hasbro's G.I. Joe team greatly appreciates the collector-fan community's continued passion and support, and is always listening to its valuable feedback * particularly with regards to the Q&A program. In an effort to ensure that you receive "newsy"-type answers that will be of interest to your readers, we thought it might be helpful to share these notes as to what types of questions we are able to elaborate on, and what type of questions will garner an answer such as "we aren't able to provide information on that at this time: · Topics open for discussion * Deco Decisions, Design Choices, Design Process/Development and Redeco/Retooling. Also, questions pertaining to past and current Lore/Storyline, Line Strategy and Marketing. · Topics that cannot be addressed - "When will X toy be made/redesigned/released?², Hypothetical, Sales/Cost Data, Product Idea Submissions, Potential Design/Redesign and Future Movie/Entertainment. Submit your questions now.

I love Jets, and I'm sad that the Skystriker may never be re-done for the new tooling. However, is there any plans to re-release any of the other popular large scaled jets that we seen in the eighties?

Why was the dicision to change the head sculpts in the Pursuit of Cobra line? I loved the the sculpts and detail work that were put into the movie line and was excited to see the waves of figure for 2010 shown at JOCON last year. I should not have to buy these figure from Chinese E-bay sellers just get these figures. If this is the direction that you are taking this years Joe line, then you lost me as a fan and as a collector. Bring back the movie head sculpts please.

This might have been asked before so feel free to slam be for re-asking but...
With the new lines (ROC / POC) was there a conscious decision to go with a more uniformed look for both the Cobra & Joe characters versus the ARAH diverse / more individual look to the characters? |

What was the reasoning behind the color scheme on the Beach Head that came with the snarler cycle? It looks night force, which is great, but why not make it official with these type things (like the night force tunnel rat and shockblast wal-mart exclusives, the urban assault update night creeper, or what seems a tiger force tripwire in the battle station pack)? Even the copperhead that came with a python patrol tatoo didn't have any package or filecard indication of his affiliation with the python patrol, so in some cases it leaves us guessing, since Beach Head was never in the orginal night force line up.

Based on how the 25th line did to how ROC did, it appears that the adult fan base is a more significant factor to Joe sales than other lines like Star Wars and Transformers, how will this affect the future direction of the line?

Is the design of the SDCC Sgt. Slaughter a final design or is it still in it's prototype stage? Also, Does Hasbro now have the rights to distribute a mass retail version of the Sgt. Slaughter character.
