Maybe they're doing o-ring versions first to please arah fans (like myself), then plan on doing ME versions later on, maybe as JoeCon exclusives. I could see them doing a box set with a new Falcon, Jinx, Law & Order, Mercer(since we already have T.Rat) & Big Lob vs Cobra La, Golobulus, Pythona, & a few Royal Guards to fill it out.
Especially if there's a "Mutated" Cobra Commander figure |

You guys need to step up to the plate and get serious about collecting. This year's Con was the first time they offered 25th style products and I'm not sure how well that went over. Given the huge amount of new collectors that have come into the GI Joe collecting fold since the 25th line began, I would have expected way more people attending this year's Con, and the Crimson set should have sold out in no time. I went to the 2007 Con as well, when the 25th line was basically just starting out. After two years of tons of new collectors, did anyone see a real increase in sellers and/or attendees? Granted, I don't have access to any hard numbers here, but I was pretty surprised how slowly things were selling given that, online at least, Joe collecting seems to have exploded. Where were you guys? Bottom line, start going to the Con! Support what they're doing with the 25th line, and maybe we'll get to see all the characters Hasbro has foregone in favour of RoC/PoC. Too pricey? Well, maybe you shouldn't have bought that yellow Stalker on Ebay! ;) Or just look at it from a quality/quantity standpoint. Sure, you could buy a bigger Neo-Viper army instead of paying for the Con set to get twelve Crimson Vipers, but will it look as good? ;) No offense, but why should Big Lob be in 25th style? Prior to this year, the "25th-only" crowd hadn't bought anything from the Club and didn't support it in any way. They're trying to bring you guys into the fold, which is great, but start booking those days off and get your butts over to Rhode Island this year!!! We're already getting 25th-style exclusives - more are in the way in the form of those "Adventure Team" guys. Get buying and support what they're doing, and maybe we WILL see a 25th style Big Lob down the road!

Exactly The new Joes are too flimsy to give to small kids to play with. The bottom of my kids toybox is littered with body parts of new Starwars and G.i. Joes. By the time a kid is old enough to take care of the new stuff they are almost on to video games.
