That looks like a pretty standard Elite Viper.
Glad to see the figures aren't must haves, since the vehicles aren't for me, but I agree they're good for kids. When I worked retail, the cheap Spider-Man vehicles with the stuck-on figure sold like crazy, and these are much better, and require no batteries.

It always bugged me when rip-cord or battery operated small vehicles like this hadba solid non-removeable figure. You need something to fly off when it crashes!

these are the junk that should get cancelled.....this kinda crap is what hurts joe sales (aside form over inflated prices)...these gimicky toys no kids (that i know of as none of my friends who have kids say that their kids have ANY intrest whatsoever in these) seem to want. Bring on the vehicles and cancel the retardded roleplay stuff, tough trooper junk, giant 70 dollar sigma suit duke etc... just focus on THE DAMN TOYS and not gimmicky crap that dont sell.
