I voted for TOMBSTONE because he's supposed to be the COBRA equivalent to DUKE. Also, it gives a chance for them to fix something that is wrong with the character. Mark Weber said that when he was originally designed TOMBSTONE was supposed to be vain as fuck and he's enamored by his good looks and he wasn't supposed to have a scar on his face. A flawless portrait of TOMBSTONE in Classified could fix that.

I 100% agree with this sentiment. I would love to see Mark’s true vision come to pass.

Tombstone's filecard really makes it feel like he's more of an equivalent to Psyche-Out.
